Diva is a stunning, velvety dark purple dahlia with deeply cut, v shaped petals. The large, symmetrical blooms have long, strong stems and outstanding vase life. The colour variation in the pictures is due to heat - blooms become lighter when the weather is hot and deeper purple when it is cooler.
Introduced in 2010 by an American grower, Diva is also an exhibition show dahlia of note, winning 26 awards at Dahlia Society shows across North America in 2022, earning it recognition on the ‘Cream of the Crop’ list.
